5 Pre-Fall 2015 Trends
While designers are busy creating fall 2015 collections that will walk the runways in February, their pre-fall offerings are still rolling out one by one. It is a less publicized season. Pre-fall tends to spend more time on store racks than the big fall and spring collections do, so it’s somewhere we often look for classic wardrobe staples or that investment piece we know we’ll get plenty of wear out of. Additionally, pre-fall can also give us a few hints as to what the designers are thinking for fall — a little something to look forward to.
White
Pre-fall lands in stores during the summer, so naturally there are a fair number of white pieces. Wearing the shade into fall, however, looks fresh and crisp, especially when done in a well-tailored suit.
Culottes
For pre-fall, wide-legged pants appeared in a staggering number of collections, and the cropped version is particularly popular.
Leather Dress
Many people already have some type of leather good in their closet now. Designers are now hoping shoppers will add a tailored leather dress to their closets.
Add texture to your look with fringe. You can incorporate it with clothing and accessories in a few interesting ways.
Stripes
Sporty trends seem to not be going anywhere any time soon, so sporty details are prominent.
