Cheri Dennis.

Today, I came across ex-Bad Boy artist, Cheri Dennis‘ new single, “Take Over.” I searched high and low on YouTube for a video for the track, and there isn’t one yet. BUT, I have a download link to the studio version for you guys!
(Which is really what you want anyway, right?)

I’m impressed, and grateful to have her voice back on the scene. The track is a really cute break-up song. Now, this look, I’m not too sure how I feel about it. 70’s glam is supposed to be “in” this fall, but these celebs seem to be taking it a little too far with the Kool-Aid hair. She says, in the video of her singing below, that she is not an R&B singer only, so I’ll embrace the look as part of her self expression. I guess it works… for her.

I think Mountain Dew Code Blue is more fitting, but that’s just me…
