BET Honors 2013 Black Opulence Celebrity Gifting Suite & Beauty Lounge [RECAP]

This Saturday January 12, 2013, TheBobbyPen.com was invited to attend the second annual Black Opulence Celebrity Gifting Suite and Beauty Lounge held at The Whittemore House in Washington, DC. The first floor of the historic Northwest mansion was transformed into an expo with displays from make up artists, hair stylists, nail technicians, gourmet chefs and a mixologist to provide attendees with a relaxing day of star treatment before the taping of the 2013 BET Honors later in the evening. The six-hour long event was hosted by We TV‘s Braxton Family Values star Trina Braxton and music provided by The Board Administration‘s DJ Eskada.

Companies like Organic Root Stimulator, Shea Radiance, Jones Magazine and Smartwater sponsored the event planned by duo Patrice Cameau of CommunPR and Kimberly Natasha of KNPR + Marketing. Below is a gallery of photos from the event!
