Chase Enjoys the UniverSoul Circus! | DMV Tickets on Sale Now!
As promised, the UniverSoul Circus provided me passes to opening night, but an after-hours work commitment got in the way. (Yes, I started a new job!) Since I couldn’t make it, I decided to share the wealth and passed the free entry tickets and free popcorn vouchers on to my big cousin and her son, 7, Chase. They had a ball! Here’s their recap, featuring their own photography.
Chase is autistic and has made great progress due to his parents’ diligence, so for improving an entire grade level in Reading I felt this was a fitting reward. This happy rising second-grader said he wants to go back to relive the excitement of the colors, lights, sound and animals. His mother also enjoyed the diverse ethnic representation of the performers and local connection of the opening night, including the live broadcast from WKYS 93.9 FM.

Feel represented and see performers and stunts by a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds- a great alternative to the traditional circus scene. See Zhenjiang Acrobatic Troupe from China, The Willy Family Highwire Act from Colombia, The Olate Dogs of Chile, Caribbean Callaloo of Trinidad, Men of Steel of Cuba, Queens of Sheeba of Ethiopia, Globe of Death of Columbia, The Clown Class of South Africa and so many other amazing acts represented from the United States as well.
