Yesterday was DC Don Juan’s birthday! But instead of getting gifts, he decided to give music lovers a gift by dropping his latest body of work, “Writers Bloque” Volume 1: From Me to You.

Last Sunday, the Bronx, NY native raised in the DMV, held a private listening event at House Studios to give us an exclusive first listen. DJ Heat hosted, and previewed three of the track’s music videos including the “Intro” which answers all of those tough questions like “Where has Don Juan been?” and “Has becoming a father slowed down his grind?” The answer, “nah.” Take a look here.

With album features that include the likes of the DMV’s own Lightshow and the legendary Chicago emcee Twista, combined with production from Osinachi (Wale & J. Cole’s “The Pessimist”) and Mark Henry (Fabolous’ “Young OG II”) just to name a few, Writers Bloque is sure to be DC Don Juan’s best project ever.
