The Barden Bellas are back in Pitch Perfect 2, the follow-up to 2012’s smash hit.  The comedy is helmed by Elizabeth Banks, co-star and producer of Pitch Perfect, and produced by Paul Brooks, Max Handelman and Banks. Writer Kay Cannon returns to the team to pen the next chapter.

Actress Hanah Mae Lee, singer-songwriter and actress Ester Dean and YouTube sensation Flula Borg of the hit film’s sequel were in DC for the screening and a fun interactive event at Suitland High School in Suitland, Md.

I got to talk to the cast we dished on everything from their own personal struggles with finding their true selves, playing their hilarious characters and working with director E. Banks.
