I had a blast last night as a guest on my big sister Nicci Gilbert’s hot new talk show @shespeakslive. This was totally a full-circle moment, as I first interviewed Nicci on my online radio show back in 2015. Friday night (May 8) I was the guest of the R&B Divas / From the Bottom Up Executive Producer on her brand new platform!

On Friday’s She Speaks Live we laughed, we discussed some harsh realities, and we lifted each other up. Topics ranged from hot trending topics from me, Entertainment Reporter Bobby Pen, as well as discussions of entrepreneurship with creator of Bold Hold Lace Wig glue & tape, The Hair Diagram, and recovery after domestic violence with “Surviving R. Kelly” voice and ex-wife to the defamed singer, Drea Kelly.

Plus, I shared some millennial self-care advice… Clearly 🤳🏽💁🏽‍♀️💋🤣🤣🤣
