Tiny’s Tequila Launch Event Brings Tiny to DC [VIDEO]
From singer/songwriter to hustlepreneur, Tameka “Tiny” Harris launches her newest venture in the DMV. The first stop of her national campaign, “Tiny’s Ladies Night Out” sponsored by her beverage Tiny’s Tequila, kicked off last week in Baltimore.
About 50 women traveled from across the DC Metropolitan area beyond to meet at BWI’s Aloft Hotels for a two-day, two-night pamper session.
Dozens of tastemakers, select consumers, brand ambassadors and socialites gathered together to network, bond with like-minded women and enjoy a break from the everyday routine. The glammed up pamper party fused fashion and fun flawlessly. A portion of the proceeds from the event are expected to be donated to a charity, still to be determined, for a community-centric element.
Upon guests arrival, the ladies enjoyed tea time happy hour powered by Village Team Company where they mingled and got to know each other.
Following check-in, shuttles transported the ladies to Silo.5% Wine Bar for unlimited crafted Tiny’s Tequila cocktails and any one of creative entrees from the event exclusive menu.
Tiny joined the group for dinner and went to each table to shake every guests hand, snapping selfies with all who asked. I even caught her at one point FaceTiming her hubby, rapper T.I., from her iPhone. A quick reminder that she’s a wife and mother first.
We all ate and drank to our hearts content then loaded up to shuttle again to head back to our suites for the slumber soiree. Once everyone had changed into their pajamas we ran back downstairs to find the hotel lobby transformed into a party with tunes by 13-year-old DJ Beauty and the Beatz. There was also a room directly behind the bar where massage therapist, reflexologist, manicurist, hair stylists and eyelash experts were set up to cater to the divas’ every wish.
Wigs were laid, cuticles pushed back, toe nails blinged out and the relaxed faces of those who were soothed by the masseuse’s able hands told the story. The guests were having a great time! While waiting for their turn at each station, guests were encouraged to enjoy unlimited cocktails and shots at the hotel bar, where the turn up was really real.

Tiny and the girls joked about the lack of male presence at this event, so who knows, by the time it comes to your town guests appearances from your #MCM of the local football team or your favorite entertainer may pop up.
Keep up with Tiny and watch to find out when she’s coming to your town:
Thank you The Luxe PR Group for extending the invitation to me, and organizing such a memorable event.
