Fabolous & DJ Mustard Close out Coors Light Soundtrack ReFRESH Tour in Baltimore [VIDEO]
Billboard chart topping rapper Fabolous hit the Beltway this weekend to perform for packed house during Coors Light Soundtrack ReFRESH finale.
Friday night, following an appearance at the historically black institution Morgan State University, the Baltimore Soundstage was converted into a den of lights, LED Screens, fog machines, confetti & free beer during the finale of Coors Light’s Soundtrack reFRESH tour co-staring super producer DJ Mustard.
The Brooklyn-born rapper performed an hour and a half long set during the free show covering everything from his 2003 Teen Choice Awards nominated “Can’t Let You Go,” to Billboard’s Hot 100 no. 4 pick “Into You” featuring Tamia to his current radio single “She Wildin'” with Chris Brown.
The cherry on top was Baltimore native, R&B Diva Lil’ Mo’s surprise performance of her 2001 debut single “Superwoman pt. II”
Following the set, Fabolous told the crowd:
“This my sister right here. This the first person to ever put me on a song. This how I know Baltimore got real people in it. She could’ve got Ja Rule, she could’ve had Jay-Z, but she was listening to them Clue Tapes and told [DJ] Clue ‘I want that kid that be free styling'”
The next night, F-A-B-O-L-O-U-S made his way to the District for a late night performance at Northeast venue Bliss nightclub.
Fans seemed to have enjoyed having the “Young OG” in D.C.
