Memphis recording artist Jessica Ray has released four new singles during the pandemic. Each new record is accompanied by a fire video concept that showcases her dance skills and fashion sense.

Her latest, “Deep,” is a sultry track that allows for her raspy tone to shine through. A contrast to her delicate higher notes.

Born in Memphis, TN, Jessica Ray, a recording artist and dancer started her entertainment career at the young age of 13 years old; performing at weddings and birthday parties throughout her teen years.

While attending the University of Memphis, where she graduated with both a Bachelor’s and Masters in Music Performance and Journalism, she was in a group on campus called Sound Fuzion; here is where she was able to really experience her calling as a full-time entertainer.

After graduating she continued performing across the city doing cover songs at various events and festivals, even opening up for Dru Hill and singing with legendary artist Aaron Neville.

Jessica has since signed to MIME Entertainment, a Memphis based record label, where she’s released her debut single “Whatever” in April. In effort to think ahead for international fans, she also released the Spanish version “Lo Que Sea.” In June she released “Lock,” and “I Bet You Will” in July 2020.
