How Jessica Washington Diversified Her Real Estate Career [VIDEO]
Realtor Jessica Washington has been investing and dabbling in many areas of real estate for the past three years acquiring and managing rental properties, commercial real estate brokerage, fix and flips, short term rentals, and mobile home investing.
In 2020, she started the Pretty Girls Love Real Estate podcast where she interviews women of color in all areas of the real estate industry to discuss their triumphs and challenges in their journey, as well as provide insight into new developments and trends in their area of expertise.
Her ultimate goal is to turn the podcast into a much larger community and platform for women of color in real estate to connect, collaborate, learn, and build together to succeed in this industry.
